This 185 kg NxG set includes our 15 kg IWF certified NXG Competition Bar, a set of our IWF Weightlifting Competition Plates which is a pair of plates ranging from 2.5 to 25 kg and change plates ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 kg, along with a set of IWF certified competition collars.
