Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier).
  • Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and click on “Cancel Order.”
  • If you paid online, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cancellation by JYOTTSHOP:
    We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. After Dispatch

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
